Acting upon a reader's complaint for violation of principle 1 of the Code of Ethics of Journalists of Montenegro in the text entitled “Bus driver seriously injured a child and fled the scene of the accident”, (Vozač autobusa teško povrijedio dijete pa pobjegao sa mjesta nesreće), published on the Biznis CG portal on March 16, 2026, the Complaints Commission of the Media Council for Self-Regulation issues the following decision

The Media Council for Self-Regulation received a complaint from the editor-in-chief of RTV Cetinje, Mladen Zadrima, MSc, regarding the unauthorized download of a photo of the city stadium in Cetinje, published on the Pobjeda Portal on April 16, 2026.

The Media Council for Self-Regulation received a complaint from reader Luka Bošković regarding an illustration generated with the help of artificial intelligence, published with the text "Pljevlja: He presented himself as a crockery seller and stole 3,100 euros from a house" Pljevlja: Predstavio se kao prodavac posuđa i ukrao iz kuće 3.100 eura on the Pobjeda Portal on April 1, and which was labeled "Photo: AI."
